Now as of yesterday this Lenovo ThinkPad is stuck in a loop that isn't even allowing me to boot into the BIOS. Do I need a newer version of Acronis to work with cloning the hard drives? I believe I read somewhere that Acronis TIH 2018 or later will allow for a perfect disc clone. It's like Microsoft doesn't want you to continue using windows 7. I have cloned a HDD & a SSD with my Dells but for some reason I can't even install windows 7 on this Lenovo. I figured I'd try cloning a Dell Inspiron running windows 7 and see if the ThinkPad will accept it and boot into windows but I'm still running into the MBR is not on the same partition as the OS problem and the ThinkPad is still telling me that it's missing the correct drivers, which is driving me crazy. So far it's still a brick, so I decided to reinstall ATIH 2014 after version 2011 wouldn't work and wouldn't accept the product key, so I deleted it. I've been trying to install Windows 7 on a Lenovo ThinkPad E480 that I bought 3 weeks ago.
